DESCRIZIONE:
This Matec 30HV Vertical Machining Center was manufactured in the year 2018 in Germany and has 21719 production hours. It is equipped with a HEIDENHAIN TNC 640 control unit and has 4 axis (4 axis, swivel head +/- 105° with 1° position indexing). The machine has a 12,000 1/min motor spindle with 30 kW (40% ED), HSK63, a tool magazine with 48 stations and internal cooling with 70 bar (paper belt filter) and external nozzles on headstock as second coolant circuit with 20 bar. It comes with a chip conveyor (discharge left, height 1130 mm), electronic handwheel and RENISHAW measuring probe.
